El Profeta is a ginebra, the old-world ancestor of gin, from Tato Giovannoni, the award-winning Argentine bartender behind Buenos Aires' Florería Atlántico and the creator of Príncipe de los Apóstoles gin. Made in Argentina by his team under master distiller Carolina Hoyos, it uses juniper with a South American cast of botanicals: eucalyptus, yerba mate, mandarin peel, palo santo, quassia and cardamom.
